Next Step Goals - Julie O'Keeffe's New Book Launch
ANNOUNCING JULIE O’KEEFFE’S NEW BOOK: ‘10 CRITICAL STRATEGIES FOR FINDING FULFILLMENT IN A HECTIC WORLD’
Book Launch Party September 15, 2011
Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, August 15, 2011…If you could change your life today, would you? That is the question Julie O’Keeffe asks readers to contemplate in her first book, “10 Critical Strategies for Finding Fulfillment in a Hectic World.” The book release party is scheduled for Thursday, September 15, 2011, at Authentic Journeys Travel.
“The purpose of my new book is to help people explore their closely-held intentions in life and devote time to them through time-bound goals and strategies,” said Julie O’Keeffe, credentialed life coach and the founder and owner of Next Step Goals, a leading coaching practice. “It’s about creating balance and making life what you want it to be.”
“10 Critical Strategies for Finding Fulfillment in a Hectic World” focuses on gaining control over decisions, making lasting lifestyle changes and understanding that circumstances don’t dictate a person’s happiness. Setting aside fear and creatively removing obstacles are two fundamental strategies O’Keeffe recommends to her readers in order to follow their internal compasses, explore new roads and embrace all experiences along the way. O’Keeffe’s book offers tools to fully live and thrive in today’s busy world.
“I think that many of us are on a treadmill. We get caught up in the day-to-day circumstances of life and we no longer direct our life, instead, circumstances are directing us,” said O’Keeffe. “I’ve come up with a number of easy-to-use strategies to help you get out of your rut and get on with your life, so you can succeed and really live the life you want.”
